Discovering the Best of Komodo National Park with EcoProDivers
Our recent expedition aboard the EcoProDuyung Baru in Komodo National Park from September 20th to 26th was nothing short of spectacular. With guests joining us from Germany and Switzerland, we embarked on a thrilling week filled with perfect weather, incredible marine life, and unforgettable diving adventures.
Ideal Weather and Seamless Diving
The weather couldn’t have been better—clear skies and calm seas greeted us daily, allowing us to fully experience the beauty of Komodo’s vibrant underwater world. With excellent visibility, divers were able to explore stunning coral reefs and spot a wide variety of marine creatures.
Diving Highlights: The Magic of Police Corner
One of the most memorable dive sites during our trip was Police Corner. Known for its strong currents and thriving marine ecosystem, the site did not disappoint. Schools of fish darted around us, creating a spectacular visual display. We also encountered graceful manta rays and saw the rich coral gardens that make this region so special. Every dive was an adventure, showcasing the unparalleled biodiversity of Komodo’s marine life.
Trekking Adventures: Padar Island & Komodo Dragons
Apart from diving, our group had the opportunity to explore the land. A trek to Padar Island rewarded us with panoramic views that captured the rugged beauty of the region. The highlight of our land excursion was undoubtedly seeing the iconic Komodo dragons in their natural habitat. Witnessing these ancient creatures up close was an awe-inspiring experience that added to the magic of our journey.
